Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The product delivered is different from the item ordered (wrong size, color, or product).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The delivered product matches the order specifications correctly.

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer.

  • Return requests made after the allowed timeframe.

Return Processing Fee

A ₹250 return handling and logistics fee will be applicable on all approved return requests.

This fee helps cover:

  • Reverse shipping costs

  • Quality inspection

  • Handling and operational expenses

The applicable fee must be paid before the return process is initiated.

Return Process

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Email us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/videos of the product

    • Description of the issue

  3. Our support team will review the request.

  4. Once approved, return instructions or a return shipping label will be provided.

Return requests that do not meet the above requirements may be rejected.

Refund Policy

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval and inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund Deduction

A ₹250 refund processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and other applicable fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by TEERAGA.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are allowed only in cases of:

  • Verified size mismatch

  • Damaged or defective product

Exchange Conditions

  • The exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and returned in original packaging.

After verification, we will arrange the exchange for the correct item.

Exchange Handling Fee

A ₹250 exchange handling fee is applicable and must be paid before processing the exchange request.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
