At TEERAGA, we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders placed on our Platform.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post services.

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days from:

  • The date of order confirmation, or

  • Successful payment confirmation

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, and other external factors.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, delivery confirmation and tracking details (if available) will be shared via your registered email address and/or mobile number.

Delays in Shipping

TEERAGA shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Postal authorities

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Unforeseen logistical issues

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Any shipping charges, COD charges, or handling fees applied at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. TEERAGA will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailable at delivery location

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

International Shipping

Currently, TEERAGA ships only within India unless otherwise specified on the Platform.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of the package/product

  • Description of the issue
